Whoop Whoop!

I HAVE BEEN APPROVED! Today I turned my final letter into my folder so my project has been approved! Now I can finally start my project.

Finally A Decision

Yesterday I finally made my decision on what I am going to do for my senior project. For my senior experience project I would like to make authentic five course meals from five different countries in Europe and one “all American” meal and then create an iMovie recording the process. The five European countries that I have selected are Norway, Ireland, Germany, France, and Holland. I have chosen these countries because they are the countries of my ethnic heritage. The courses of the meal consist of an appetizer, salad and or soup, entree, side dish, and dessert. I am very excited about this project because I have never made any ethnic foods before. Im going to have Mrs Chirstensen for my faculty mentor and Mrs. Oleson for my community mentor. I handed my letter of intent in today and I have meetings with my mentors tomorrow. I think this is going to be a very fun project.

Senior Experience Project

Hey,

My name is Lexi and I'm a senior at Deuel High School. During our senior year we have to complete a senior experience. A senior experience project is were you have to choose a possible career path. For the project we have to have two mentors, one faculty mentor and once community mentor. They are going to make sure that you are staying on track with our project. We also have to write a essay for English class. The paper had to relate to your project idea. At the end of the year we put on an expo to show odd what we learned and what we made. The expo is open to the community and there will be judges to judge our project. I don't think that they are there to pick the best on they are just there to ask questions.
