Ice Cream

Ingredients

3 cups sugar

4 eggs

2 pints whole whipping cream

2-3 tablespoons vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

1 quart whole milk

Directions

Beat sugar and eggs together. Mix with whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Pour into freezer container. Add 1 quart of whole milk or enough to bring mixture to freezer line. Freeze.

Vacation

Christmas vacation has really helped me get my project done. I have made ice cream, lutefisk, Irish bacon and cabbage soup and German potato cheese soup. My family loves all the cooking I'm doing.

Homemade Ice Cream

On Saturday my grandpa is going to teach me how to make homemade ice cream. I am very excited to learn how he makes ice cream. He makes ice cream every year for Christmas. It should be very yummy!
