Next we made potato kulb. This is like a dumpling with a ham surprise in the middle. First you have to boil a ham hock to cook your ham and make a broth to boil the potato kulb in. You have to peal about 5 good sized potatoes then you need to grate the potatoes. We found that it was easier to blend then with a little water. Only blend them for a couple seconds. You don't want them mushy just cut up very finely. Then you add in flower use your hands to mix it all together. Now you make them all into a ball. Grab a little bit of the potato mixture and make a little dent and place in your ham. Grab more potatoes to cover the ham and mold it into a ball. Don't do this until you have your broth boiling. Then place the balls into the pot. Be careful to not burn your hands. Let the balls boil for 25-30 minutes. Be sure not let them stick to the bottom. Recipe will come later.
