Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

These are my FAVORITE!

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes

1/2 cups mayonnaise

8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

paprika

Directions

In a saucepan, combine potatoes and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat a boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Mash potatoes until fluffy, gradually adding mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Spoon into casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
