Krumkaka

My Norwegian dessert is krumkaka. This is one of the three things that we made on Friday. You have to mix the batter and then let it chill. While the batter chilled we made potato klub and lefsa. We used a modern version of the krumkaka press. (Im not sure if it is really called a press.) You leave the batter in there for a while. Some people make their krumkaka light and some like it a little darker. Once you take it out you need to roll the krumkak on a pin right away. They stay rolled better when you do it right when it is hot. Krumkaka freezes very will so you can make it early and freeze it for the holidays. I don't have the recipe right not so I will update that later.
